What happens if it Rains?
We have many options; including Pop Up Canopies (we supply) to indoor-electric griddles to bring the entire party indoors. Keep your eye on the weather report, it is important to have a back up plan.

What is the CANCELLATION, DEPOSIT & EVENT CHANGE POLICY?
Non-Refundable Deposit
A required deposit is non-refundable and is used to secure your event date, staffing, equipment, and kitchen production schedule.
Event Cancellations
If your event is canceled, the deposit will not be refunded. However, with sufficient advance notice, the deposit may be applied toward one rescheduled event, subject to Chef Gilly’s availability and approval.
Rescheduling
Rescheduled events must be moved to a new date that is mutually agreed upon and subject to availability. If Chef Gilly’s is unable to accommodate the requested rescheduled date, the original deposit will remain non-refundable.
Event Changes
Changes to the event date, guest count, menu, or other major event details are subject to availability and should be requested as early as possible.
Final guest counts and major menu changes must be submitted no later than 7 days prior to the event, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Chef Gilly’s reserves the right to adjust pricing when changes to the guest count, menu, staffing, service requirements, or event details affect the original proposal or agreement.

Are you Insured?
Yes, Chef Gillys LLC is fully insured and can provide a Certificate of Insurance if required for your event.

Does Chef Gilly's Catering only do private parties or do you do larger events?
We cater to many types of events in the Bay area -7 Days a week at all hours. Including but not limited to Corporate events, Craft Service (specializing in 2nd meal) and local youth sporting events and fundraisers. We have catered events ranging from 35 to 1000 guests. No party is too big!

What happens if there are leftovers?
We provide To Go containers and will package and present the host with any leftovers- enjoy!
